By engaging HAMILL PARTNERS INC for cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

HAMILL PARTNERS INC provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The scope of services will be agreed upon during your consultation and outlined in your service agreement.

• Services are performed during agreed-upon times
• We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment
• Special requests must be communicated in advance
• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe

Scheduling & Access

To provide our services, we require:

• Access to your property at the scheduled time
• Running water and electricity
• Safe working conditions for our team
• Secure key or entry method if you won't be present

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed:

• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments
• Pricing is determined during your consultation
• Additional services may incur extra charges
• Recurring service discounts may be available

Liability & Insurance

HAMILL PARTNERS INC maintains comprehensive liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please report it within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items of extraordinary value not disclosed prior to service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information, property details, and any observations made during service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
