30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a comprehensive 30-day refund policy on all our cleaning services:

  • Full refund available within 30 days of service if you are not satisfied
  • We will first attempt to resolve any issues by re-cleaning affected areas
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of service to report any concerns. This allows us to address issues promptly with a complimentary re-clean.
  2. Provide details about the specific areas or services that did not meet your expectations.
  3. Allow us to make it right — we prefer to re-clean any unsatisfactory areas before processing a refund.
  4. Submit a formal request via email if the issue cannot be resolved through re-cleaning.

Re-Clean Guarantee

Before processing any refund, we offer a free re-clean of any areas that did not meet your standards. This must be scheduled within 48 hours of reporting the issue. We believe most concerns can be resolved to your complete satisfaction through this process.

Exceptions

The following situations may not be eligible for refunds:

  • Services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
  • Claims made more than 30 days after service
  • Issues caused by factors outside our control (pet accidents after cleaning, etc.)
  • Services where our team was denied access to complete the work
  • Dissatisfaction with services not included in the agreed scope of work

Recurring Service Cancellation

For clients with recurring cleaning schedules, you may cancel your service at any time with 7 days' notice. Any prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis. We appreciate the opportunity to discuss any concerns before cancellation.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
